Zoom Gallery: Large Birds
High zoom factor large birds image gallery. Birds the size of a starling or larger are considered large here. Of all wild and shy animals, birds are the easiest to photograph, as they often do not hide, but protect themselves by taking up positions inaccessible to non-flying animals. There they have a good overview, but are also easy to spot. Large birds are less common, but are easier to photograph. Only photographing birds in flight with a high zoom factor is very difficult.
These birds have been photographed near Kempten in Allgäu, Bavaria, Germany. Many of these birds are widespread in Europe, partly also in Asia and Africa.
