Centaurus X3This X-ray source, the third to be discovered in Centaurus, is a binary of a blue star (Krzeminski's Star) and a pulsar (J112115.2-603724). The latter rotates every 4.84 seconds and emits the X-rays.Constellation: Centaurus Distance: 26 000 light-years Visual magnitude: 14.4 Orbit period of Krzeminski's Star and J112115.2-603724: 2.09 days
