Charon

Charon isn't much smaller than its planet Pluto, so the two can be designated as double planet. They are both tidally locked, which means they always show each other the same side as if they would watch each other. Charons surface consists fot the most part of water ice.

Diameter: 1207 km
Orbit period: 6.3 days
