23 LibraeThe yet sunlike star 23 Librae is at the end of its life as a yellow main sequence star and has already started to expand. Although very old it is rich with heavy elements.A planet with 1.58 the mass of Jupiter orbits the star in an excentric orbit with 0.62 - 1.00 AU distance every 260 days. In a few million years 23 Librae will be a fully grown red giant, then it will swallow up its planet.
