Atria

The orange-red giant Alpha Trianguli Australis, abbreviated Atria, is a hybrid star. From its surface a relatively cool stellar wind blows, but it is surrounded by a hot corona which emits X-rays. Such a corona actually doens't fit to a red giant. If the star has companions is unclear.

Spectral class: K2
Visual magnitude: 1.91
