HD 97048

Around this young star is a dust disk in which the forming of planets hasn't started yet. The disk, which stretches up to 360 AU into space, contains gas for at least 10 Jupiters and dust for more than 50 Earths.
Even when most probably some time in the future planets will form, for life it doesn't look so good, because the star has a life expectancy of only 1 billion years.
